How are orders sent? All orders are sent via a FREE tracked service from our global shipping network in USA, Asia and UK.
How long will my order take to arrive? Shipping is expedited and can take 1 business day from being dispatched. Global shipping can take 3-6 business days.
Can I track my order? Yes! All customers are provided with a tracking number which will show updates once delivery is in progress.

Please note: Occasionally items may be delayed and in less cases, lost in transit. In this event, the customer is entitled to a refund or resent product.
Returns & Refunds
For returned goods, we offer a replacement or refund, provided the goods are returned in their original condition. Any returned products that are used or opened will not qualify for a refund.
To receive a refund, you must inform us of any issues within 14 days of receiving the item/s. You then have a further 14 days to return them.
If you are not happy with the results from using the product, the manufacturer offers a satisfaction guarantee with which details can be found on the packaging of the item.
We must receive the returned item first before we can reimburse the buyer. We cannot provide a refund for an item that is in transit.
