Don’t worry! If your order gets lost in the mail we can provide compensation, in the form of a replacement or refund. Please note the delivery company MUST confirm the parcel as lost before we can proceed with reimbursement. This can take a minimum of 30 days.
No, products which are shipped from outside of Europe are of relatively low value, therefore there are no charges for the recipient

Items can be returned in their original condition for a replacement or refund. Customers have 14 days to report any issues after receiving their item. You then have a further 14 days to return it.
We can provide a refund once we receive the returned item. We recommend sending the parcel tracked and we will cover the postage if we are at fault. For unwanted items, it is the customer’s duty to cover postage.

International orders will need to pass through customs before being passed on to your local delivery company. Occasionally items may be held in customs due to a number of reasons, however most pass through with no issues. Please note that we do not have any control over delays in the destination country’s customs office.
Occasional delays may occur due to public holidays and weekends. We prepare for these occasions to make sure our customers receive their order as quickly as possible.
